DO YOU KNOW?
A bill has been introduced in MN (SF#1529) that says Directors and Corporate Officers have a duty to make money for the shareholders "but not at the expense of the environment, human rights, the public health or safety, the communities in which the corporation operates, or the dignity of its employees." (The same bill in CA is SB#917)

Two other bills have been introduced in MN (SF#1093 & SF#2217) to redefine Directors duties to include the public interest and stop shareholder primacy.

A MN constitutional amendment (SF# 1403) has been introduced to define "person" to only mean "natural persons", thus removing from corporations the rights of personhood.
